Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the OLIRS creator and affiliate program (the “Program”). By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program operator and contact

The Program is operated by Swiss Creative Global Sàrl, Commercial Register CHE-410.703.306, Commercial Register Reference CH-217.3.585.298-4, VAT CHE-410.703.306 TVA, Rue de la Lécheretta 21, 1630 Bulle, Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland (“OLIRS”, “we”, “us”). Program questions may be sent to support@olirs.com.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding agreement, and provide accurate account and payout information. Creator registrations may be activated automatically, but participation, referral orders, and payouts remain subject to these Terms, applicable law, eligibility requirements, and fraud and compliance checks. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and current.

3. Referral tracking and commission rates

Eligible referrals are tracked through the personal link or discount code provided in the OLIRS partner account. The referral tracking period is 30 days. Commission tiers are based on total approved referral orders:

• 15% for approved referral orders 1–2;
• 16% for approved referral orders 3–9;
• 18% for approved referral orders 10–24; and
• 20% from approved referral order 25 onward.

Any custom rate, paid brief, content assignment, sample, product drop, or other benefit applies only if OLIRS confirms it separately in writing. Such opportunities are not guaranteed.

4. Eligible and approved referral orders

A commission is earned only on an order that is correctly attributed to your partner account, successfully paid, and approved after validation. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible do not earn commission and may be reversed. Pending referral orders are normally validated after 30 days.

5. Payouts and taxes

Approved commissions can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer using the payout details in your partner account. Payout timing, available balances, and transaction status are shown in the partner account. You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes, declarations, registrations, or charges that apply to your earnings.

6. Promotional conduct and disclosures

You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with OLIRS whenever required, including when content uses an affiliate link, discount code, free product, or paid placement. Promotions must be truthful, original, and compliant with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, platform, and privacy rules.

You must not make medical claims, claim that OLIRS cosmetics diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, promise guaranteed results, misrepresent prices or discounts, impersonate OLIRS, send unlawful spam, use deceptive traffic, or make statements that could reasonably mislead customers. Individual cosmetic results vary.

7. Brand and content

You may use OLIRS-provided program assets only to promote OLIRS in accordance with these Terms and any campaign instructions. OLIRS names, logos, product images, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Participation does not transfer ownership or authorize registration of confusingly similar names, accounts, domains, or marks.

8. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent partner. These Terms do not create employment, agency, a joint venture, or authority to make commitments on behalf of OLIRS.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating at any time. OLIRS may suspend or end participation, withhold or reverse ineligible commissions, or restrict program access where reasonably necessary for a breach of these Terms, unlawful or misleading promotion, suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, reputational harm, or security risk. Valid approved commissions accrued before termination remain subject to normal validation and payout requirements.

10. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Referral tracking may use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to the Program or these Terms

OLIRS may update Program features, rates, eligibility rules, or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be published on this page or communicated through the partner account where appropriate. Continued participation after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under the law of your place of residence. Courts at the registered office of Swiss Creative Global Sàrl have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
